The world had turned upside down. Okay, so maybe not the whole world, but my world definitely had.

Hunter’s lips were hot and wet against mine, his body towering over me as he wrapped me up in his arms and crushed me against him. I could barely breathe, but I didn’t want him to ease up or loosen his grip. I liked it too much that he was finally holding me the way I’d wanted him to for so long.

Hungrily devouring my mouth, he smoothed his hands up my back and tangled his fingers into my hair. He was dominating every moment of this kiss, almost like he was afraid I would change my mind and slip away if he didn’t.

To show him it wasn’t going to happen and that I was as into this as he was, I looped my arms around his neck and held him as close and as tight as I could. I wasn’t sure what I’d been thinking when I’d started stripping with my eyes pinned on Hunter’s, but his response was a lot better than I’d expected. Now that I had him here with me, I wasn’t about to let him get away.

Out on that lawn, my entire being had been pulsating for him. When we’d reached the privacy of our room and that feeling hadn’t gone away, I’d thrown caution to the wind. There were going to be consequences for this, but I wouldn’t let myself worry about them when I could be focusing on the hottest, most intense kiss of my life.

I’d always been a pleasure-seeker, so I told myself it was no big deal and threw myself into his passionate embrace with abandon. He was a surprisingly good kisser, bringing all my nerve endings to life as his talented tongue swept into my mouth and made other parts of me tingle for its attention.

Moaning as he tightened his grip on my hair, I used my hold on him to pull him backward. A second later, I was pressed against the still cool tiles of the shower wall with Hunter’s one hand cupping the side of my neck and my jaw while the other traveled to my hip.

More tingles ignited and shot through me, prompting my back to arch and my hips to roll as my body searched for more of his. His cock was as hard as concrete against my stomach, proudly standing up as if it had been built to withstand the test of time and would never go down again.

My only problem was that it wasn’t where I wanted it. Gigantic as it felt, even it couldn’t do what I needed it to do when it wasn’t even inside me.

“Hunter,” I murmured between frenzied kisses. “You don’t happen to have a condom stashed in the shower, do you?”

“Nope. I wasn’t exactly expecting this to happen,” he replied without lifting his head away from mine. “I’ve got one in my toiletry bag, though. Give me a minute.”

He gave a hard, almost pained sigh before he pressed another searing kiss to my lips and then pushed off the wall.
